You’ll gain hands-on experience working with children, learn what it takes to be part of a positive, high-energy team, and develop leadership and problem-solving skills—all while having a blast playing sports!

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead coaches during drills, games, and free-play activities
• Keep equipment and activity areas organized and safe
• Encourage campers, model good sportsmanship, and celebrate every effort
• Anticipate needs and jump in—whether that’s fetching extra cones, helping calm a frustrated camper, or setting up the next fun game
• Take direction from our camp leadership and support the overall camper experience

• Team player: You listen well, follow direction, and jump in to help teammates.
• Love of kids: You’re playful, patient, and know how to make sports fun and welcoming.
